John Burrell

John is a solicitor practising in commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution. His work spans contractual and commercial disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, and employment matters.

With degrees in Law and Applied Finance from Macquarie University and experience building and exiting a start-up, John brings a commercial perspective to legal practice. He understands the financial and practical pressures that underpin disputes and approaches each matter with a focus on his clients’ broader objectives.

John combines careful legal analysis with clear, direct communication. He works closely with clients and the Kerrs team to develop practical strategies for resolving disputes, whether through negotiation or litigation.
