Timothy is a commercial litigation solicitor with a background in trust and equitable disputes, complex family estates matters including family provision claims.

Admitted in New South Wales, he has represented commercial clients and high net worth individual clients in all courts in NSW as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Combining his skills and experience, Timothy finds quick and efficient paths to resolution of complex legal issues and implements a commercial strategy focusing on client objectives.

Prior to becoming a solicitor in Australia, Timothy lived in South Korea, China, and the United Kingdom.
