William assists our clients with dispute resolution and provides advice on commercial matters including insolvency and restructuring, financial services, regulatory investigations, property and finance.
William holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney with a specialisation in international dispute resolution and investment, fiduciary duties and conflict of interest, and the law of asset protection.
Prior to joining Kerrs, William was a consultant to clients in the property industry where he advised on dispute resolution, and inbound property investment. He is experienced in commercial credit and finance. William enjoys problem solving and is focused on helping his clients to achieve their goals.
