Litigation Insolvency & Restructuring Financial Services Dispute Resolution

Zachariah is a solicitor within our commercial litigation and dispute resolution team, providing a holistic approach to complex challenges. He regularly provides advice to clients on intellectual property, insolvency, financial services, regulatory investigations and financial crime.

Zachariah is currently studying a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney, focusing on regulatory compliance and the law of publication.

Prior to joining Kerrs, Zachariah worked as a public policy and communications specialist, providing counsel to senior corporate executives and heads of government. He maintains a strong knowledge of government and administrative law.
